Dear Miguel,
If you own a Household credit card, than that is how they got your information. I also received the same check, and I cashed it. I called CCPA, and they refunded me the monet they withdrew from my account.
The day I called CCPA, a youngman told me that they are affiliated with Household Bank, and that is how they got my information. I also trusted Household Bank.I never thought that a credit card company would deceive their customers.
