CHARTER is a JOKE! I was quoted when i first signed up for a 19.99/6 months promo...after 4 months, i am being charged 57.99 and told the promo was only for 3 months....so i call a representative, and he tells me that he will give me a promo for 19.99 start 3/9/08 for 6 months and pro-rate my bill. I, shortly thereafter, received a bill for 121.19 telling me my bill is past due. and there is no promo. I spoke with a supervisor, they told me they would call back within 3-4 days and that did not happen. I called again, 4/1/08, and they repeatedly told me that there is no one higher on the ranking than a call-center supervisior, whom you can contact via phone. Charter SUCKS!!
