Well every month i expect the dreaded charter bill. Its always incorrect and have to cal & call to try to fix things. I have had service with them since December. I have the charter bundle which is Supposed to be $99.99 a month plus i pay about $15 -20 extra for HD. Every month i get billed its close to $200.00 ? when its supposed to be $99.99. This month i got my bill for $235.68, So i called and try to fix it and the rep on the phone tells me its a mistake alright and tells me my bill is $375.96 ? another extra $120.00? I was in shock then seen i have been charged $78.37 for a reconnection fee for my phone, My Phone has never been shut off? after hors of trying t o dispute this they say the computer states the phone got disconnected on Dec.5 and a work order was made to reconnect on March.7 ? i was like WTF? I have never had my phone service reconnected. and if i did, it would take them 3 months to come out and reconnect it? It just doesnt make any sense. I tell the rep i have had the phone service on since i got the bundle. Then they tell me i have been getting free service for those 3 months? i dont know but charter is doing something either illegal here or something cause i clearly see im not the only one having problems with my billing.
