Charter Cable has had 336 Complaints With The BBB In Just One City in Alabama in a 36 Month Period! That Should Tell You Something. Go To BBB & Look Up Your City & State & Look up Charter Complaints. I have had it with Charter Cable Too. Every Month My Bill Is Wrong, Every Month I have to call & ask for them to fix it. One Customer Service Rep Will Tell you One Thing, And Another Customer Service Will Tell You Something Totally Different. They keep charging me for things I didn't get or don't have. Don't get the Phone Service Through Charter, because that your bill will really be messed up! My Charter on Demand Hasn't Worked In Months & They Won't Fix It. You wouldn't believe what my mother has been through with these people. FILE A COMPLAINT EVERYONE WITH THE Better Business Bureau. That is all we can do, or we can find another Cable Company Direct Tv & Lets all change over. Everytime I call they have Customer Reps that can't speak English very well, and I cannot understand them. I say we do something about this.
