Subject: Credit Card Company Calling My Family for Ex-Husband

Tridian, which is some 3rd rate credit card company has been calling my home in NJ and has recently called my Grandmother in the state of Alabama. There has to be some law against this. My ex lives in NYC. My number as well as my grandmother's number is less than a year old and this company has claimed that our numbers have been in there data base for a few years. How did the get our numbers and is this legal? I am not responsible for his debt, we are no longer married.
