I am sitting on the phone with Charter now waiting for a supervisor. I have only called about 30 times in the past 6 months. They are the WORST cable provider ever!!! I cannot even begin to explain the problems I have had with them. They are the biggest rip off ever. It's ridiculous that a company such as this can stay in business. I am thoroughly disgusted with Charter. What can one do to spread the word??? Tell everyone you know NOT to get Charter service!!
