Hi Guys,
They know exactly what they are doing: they set up all the traps and then charge more and more. It takes a few minutes getting connected and it takes many months to terminate.

"A" told you all the good news to make you use their ;service' and "B" just sends surprising bills. All "B" can tell is "I don't know what 'A' is, nobody can change charter's 'policy' which is that customers' job is just pay and pay, nothing else you can do."

From now on, you may have to tape all your conversations' with Charter so you have 'evidence'.
