I too have had serious issues with this company. First I cancelled my tv cable but kept my internet. Two months later I'm still being billed for tv cable and they have no record of my calling to cancel. On top of that, I have suddenly a bill almost twice normal and no one can tell me where that came from. Finally someone gets rid of that and I end up paying normally for a while til I get rid of my internet. Two months later I was still being billed for that and I have a past due amount of $57. Two of the three people tell me it's because they didn't turn the service off until 3 weeks after I called and I still have to pay it. The final person I talked to (also a supervisor) tells me that it's because at some point I was pro-rated and didn't pay a bill and the $57 I owe now is a past due amount that I never payed. And no one can explain how this happened. So now people are either lying to me or their complete idiots and really don't know what's going on. I am so finished with Charter - I wish there was some way that this company could be held accountable for what they do.
