I rented a small truck for local. I opted out of the insurance because I was making a rather short trip. When I picked up the truck the employee refused to walk the truck for damage. When I returned the truck the same occurred being assurred that all was good. Three days later I got a message from my credit card company that I was over my credit limit. UHaul was charging me $476.00 for a scratch that was already there. I called their customer service and was told that a rep. would be intouch with me in 48hrs. I have yet to hear back. I have sent numerous e-mails trying to get the matter resolved, and still no response. I have disputed the amount with my credit card company and have acquired an attorney.
