I too got screwed on the 69.97 promo offer. when i got my first bill it said i signed for the 99$ promo .and because my girlfriend signed the cryptic work order stating 99$ they told me i was bound to that agreement. I called the customer service center and got my first thick accented rep on the phone no resolve asked for someone that speaks english as a first language ,was told no. called right back got another thick accent this time from another country and was given the run around. escalated to their manager. Another thick accent and broken english who offered me a credit but said that they do not have any promos at that price and havent had them offered in some time. bla bla la. i found this site and got the corporate number 314-965-0555 located in St louis Mo . listen to the prompts and get to customer service.this is corporate customer service line. The rep had my problem with billing fixed within 5 minutes. I might ad that he was in full use of his english with no accent or excuses.
hope this helps others with the same prob. i only need charter for hi speed net access. and they are the only source for it in my neighborhood.
