Subject: POOR CONTRACTORS AND SERVICE

I requested a HD box to replace may digital box. The contractor(carvo or CAVO) came out and disconnected my hometheater system and could not hook it back up right I had no sound. The young man said He needed a special cable wire and would bring it back the next day mind u I had a appointment that day from 1pm-5pm and it was 615 before he ever showed up He ask if he could bring the cable wire back tomorrow aroung 1pm and I agreed I sat at home until 140 and he never show up I left home I came home around 5pm and found the cable wire sticking in my front door. AND WAS CHARGED A INSTALLATION FEE OF A HD HOOKUP. called charter several times regarding this matter and no has yet responded.
