Subject: Transferring Charter service to another home

I've been on the phone with Charter for 2 days to transfer our service to a new home we are scheduled to move in to March 1st. They cannot give me a date or time on when that can happen. This is ridiculous!!
I'm sure if I was to call and cancel (eating the charge) and then schedule a "new" service, then they would have a date/time.
