Their CEOs make millions and then left. They told their cheap workers to do all the harm to destroy the company and then simply left. This company is 10 times worse than Enron.

Charter uses more than 7 websites, different phones, people to lie and cheat by giving all kinds of inconsistent answers. They use rebates, fake promotions, ... all kinds of tools to hold custmers hostage.

I am going to continue to push, spend most of annual leave time to report, to educate others not to use Charter anymore. I will work with government agencies to stop Charter's criminal acts.
