We also have problems with Charter's billing. Every month the bill is incorrect, I call and speak with a billing agent who goes over my bill and supposedly credits the mistakes, but then when we receive the next bill, there is a "balance transfer", and on and on it goes.I e-mailed Charter because I wanted their conversation printed on this matter, and was told I would have to seek "live chat". which I did. She couldn't explain why the balance transfers, and at the end when I went to print this conversation, it would not print. I asked why? and she could not answer. I am so frustrated with Charter but we went with the "Charter Bundle" with the phone, internet, and tv cable, and now my husband is really upset that we didn't go with Verizon.
