I have had charter for years and the last few months when we have had some problems with signal we have called Charter to get some help. Each time they have added unwanted services that we did not ask or accept when offered but this last time was the final straw. They added HD upgrade (we don't have HDTV) they added Charter music, sportsview, Starz and everything else, 10mb internet service and jacked our bill up by an additional $80.00 a month. We did not request any of these additional services and I am going to start filing complaints from one end of the government to the other until I get some satifaction. According the Charter they are going to fix it and notify this girls supervisor but I am sure nothing will be done and they will again credit my account using the "sales misrepresentation" code as they have done in the past. Funny they have a special code just for cases like this, isn't it?
