When you call them and complain, they always use their company's policy. However, their policy basically says that, if any of their employees can successfully deceive, cheat, and hurt the custmers, s/he will become a hero and will be rewarded.

What they want us to do is that, every time you call them, you have to tape what they. Otherwise, you have no evidence. They know very well that in most of the times, we do not do that so they are taking advantages of that.
