In my opinion after reading a lot of the issues here all of us are entitled to CLASS ACTION compensation. Charter does lie and decieve and cannot supply full service to its customers. 150 complaints from those consumers that know they CAN complain and not just roll over! 150 complaints, several of which are unresolved or considered resolved because the CUSTOMER stopped the service rather that the company offering something to resolve. I have paid for servise I hav enot recieved. My time IS worth money as well is my aggrivations and stress caused by this company, who does hang up on its customers (on several occaisions with me) and does not care about the consumer having problems with THEIR system. Someone contact me, write an editorial to the paper, go to help me hank or something but lets start a class action. 150 people can't be wrong and shame on the BBB for thinking so.
