I too was billed 49.95 for installation that was suppose tobe free. I straightened that out. Charter has not given me full service for 5 months now and has attempted to charge me for technician visits for problems on their end. This seems to be common practice for them. someone start a class action suit for EVERY time you don't have service for ANY reason. If you dont have full service you dont have to pay for it. That's just the way it is in society. Let them try to keep up with $4 off your monthly bill times how many people with the problems.
