Main thread--Sony Playstation Complaints
State: ky Posted: 02/21/2008 Subject: Sony Playstation 2 disc error Comment: I have owned nothing but sony products for a long time. However, I have a playstation 2 that is only 13 months old. This console has been taken very good care of and the disk are in great shape also. I conatacted sony and their reply was to send it in and for 45 dollars I can get a refurbished one. A new playstation has a 12 month warranty but this one will only have a 90 day warrantly. This rediculous, cheap business decission on sony's part is unbelievable to me. I am appauled by this. Look at the internet and you will see so many problems out there and no recall has been made. Sony has really let me down on this and I guarentee they will lose more from me as a future customer than if they were to have made good on a cheap game console. And to think my first flat screen Television, that I will buy in the near future WOULD have come from them. |
