Well, after being told I couldn't be turned back on until 2/11 (due to their screw up) and about 9 hours on the phone with India, a technician showed up at my house on 2/9 and removed my equipment.... yes, removed it. I said, "why aren't you here to turn it back on?" He said - just here to take and and he did. Then on 2/11, (had to take off work), a technician showed up, knocked on the door, said that it was all turned on at the pole and just wanted to check the service. Well, no equipment. He was shocked. Thank goodness I had the pick up receipt from the 9th. It then took 2 hours as he didn't have the proper equipment to give me back.

And now, they are still saying I owe them money. Where are the credits for no service from 2/5 - 2/11, or a credit for them wasting a week of my life? I cannot get them to send me a detailed summary of the charges and credits, except he says I owe $114 for my service from 2/11 - 2/22. Say what??????? I asked how that could be. In his broken English, he couldn't explain.

So, Direct TV is set for install and ATT is set for install on my internet. Hey Charter - sue me for what you say I owe you. I would love to go to court.
