Comment:
Charter recently withdrew $331.74 out of my checking for a $31.74 cable bill. I talked to billing and they said it would be 6-8 WEEKS before I would get a check. I emailed stevegm@charter.com and .net several times with no response as of yet. This is unacceptable.
