Subject: at&t unethical rebates

They offered me 100% mail-rebate on my 3 bluetooths that I bought w/ my VISA. I mailed all required including the bar code that I cut off from the packaging box. After a few weeks that I mailed all required they sent me a letter denying that I sent the bar code. When I was asking to a supervisor for their president's phone # to complain, she offered to credit the $150 to my account. None the less I was upset and I told her that these practices were unethical.
