I paid for it twice, asking it to be saved to desktop and it not only is not saved to desktop, but it is also no where else in my computer. I can't judge picture quality because it isn't there. I talked to them. All they said was: " What? I don't understand what you are saying." I also didn't get the promised 20 percent off. Thanks for nothing.
