I HAD WORK DONE BY PEPPER HOME IMPROVEMENTS, RICK PEPPER 103 KINGS COURT WEXFORD PA 15090. 724-377-7276.
GLENN WILARD WAS THE CONTRACTOR THAT DID THE JOB. I PAID UP FRONT THEN THEY STARTED THE JOB 4 WEEKS LATER. THEN I CALLED THE B.B.B. AND FOUND OUT THERE HAS BEEN 17 COMPLAINTS AGAINST HIM. BUT IT WAS TO LATE TO CANCLE OUT HE ALREADY HAD MY MONEY. THE JOB I HAD DONE WAS PUTTING SIDING ON THE HOUSE. THE JOB FINALLY GOT STARTED AND THEY DID COMPLETE THE JOB. I PAID EVERY THING IN FULL. COME TO FIND OUT RICK PEPPER DID NOT PAY FOR THE MATERIAL THAT HE PUT ON MY HOUSE. I PAID HIM IN FULL WHICH WAS OVER 6,000.00 DOLLARS. I GET A LETTER IN THE MAIL THAT THERE IS GOING TO BE A LIEN PUT ON MY HOUSE IF I DIDN'T PAY FOR THE MATERIALS USED ON MY HOUSE. SO ONCE AGAIN RICK PEPPER TOOK THE MONEY AND RAN HE IS VERY DISHONEST AND SO HIS HEPLER GLENN WILARD, SO PLEASE DO NOT EVER CALL PEPPER FOR ANY HOME IMPROVEMENTS, AND REMEMBER CALL THE B.B.B BEFORE YOU GET THE WORK DONE NOT AFTER, LIKE I DID. I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW WHAT RICK PEPPER IS REALLY ABOUT.
