My husband and I was was paying for a nice meal at a restaurant when our card was rejected. Why? Because Blockbuster had a charge "pending" apparently my 7 day grace period was over and they charged me $43 for two video games. Now I have 3 overdraft fees. I contacted custoemr service and told then I was not aware of the new policy, I never signed a new policy, and a new policy was not displayed in their store. I also told them that they would be paying my overdraft fees. What makes me so angry is that they did not even give me a curtesy call to warn me. Now I am going over customer service and straight to their corporate office.
