After getting billed for data usage for vz navigator, for four months after we told them we didn't want it, we now have a bill this month with it still on it, and now they are charging us for something that says PREM_SMS71888MMTXTALRT on our bill for another 9.99 which they say we ordered, but we did not. The lady I talked to agreed that we didn't owe for the navagator, but when I asked what I owed for my bill since I didn't owe that, she said I needed to send the entire bill anyway to prevent a late fee next month. It doesn't seem right, since I don't owe it all and have been trying to get it off for months.
