Subject: Blockbuster charges my credit card for other's late fees
Comment:
I naively used my credit to pay for rentals on my soon to be ex-wife's Blockbuster account. Now the wife and I are separated and Blockbuster late charges are regularly appearing on my credit card. I told the Kihei Maui store manager I want my card removed from the account. He told me I couldn't make changes to the account because my wife is the "primary" account holder. It's my personal credit card, not hers. I don't grant Blockbuster permission to use my credit card. Blockbuster insists they can't remove MY credit card from somebody else's account without the other person's consent!
