Our Kenmore 3-dorr refrigerator (built by LG) spills ice cubes on to the kitchen floor every time we open the bottom freezer door to get ice. Sears admits it is a design problem but they expect us to pay $600 to get a different model that will not spill ice. We say no to that. Sears should replace every one of these refrigerators that they sold with comparable ones that don't spill ice cubes at no cost to any customer!
