I purchased 2 Sony Playstaion2 Consoles. These are the new 70000 slimline series. They were supposed to be state of the art. I have had nothing but problems with the systems. Constatnly shutting down. Then on top of that I purchased the new Final Fantasy XI The Vanadiel Collection. The game says its compatible with playstaion 2 and what do I find I open it up and put it in my system and it says no hdd found. I call the company and find that the game is not compatible with my system and the only recourse is to buy a new system. So playstaion 2 games are not compatible with all playstaion 2 consoles. You need a new console for each game. I am very unhappy about it. Now I have what I feel are 2 defective systems that ran me over $200.00.
