I just took my Iphone in today since my speakers wont work after talking to 3 yes 3 people on the support line who said it could be traded in but after I drove 30 min to get to the apple store I was told that since the back had two scraches they would not trade it in "but I could buy a new one" ( at full price) Please, like I would buy another product from them
