Banks are permitted to use any reason to rape customers, with the blessings of the lawmakers you elected. Yes, most of them are crooks, which explains why EVERY contract requires arbitration vs class action remedy. They own you. The only way to beat them is to develop a blemish free credit record, ages 20 to 80, and then croak with 100,000 outstanding debt after transferring ownership of assets. Balances are unsecured loans.
