I recently rented a truck from Alabama to Georgia. Who ever booked my reservation booked me at 12 noon and nothing in Roanoke Alabama is opened at 12 noon. just so happen a lady was in the office working on the end of month stuff and was willing to rent me the truck. Then, I had some questions about some charges that I did not authorize and no one could help me get the answers. I bet they passed me to six different people. One of the reps even stated that I will call you back and I have yet to receive a call back. I do not understand how business stay in business with poor customer service. The type of work that I do require that I handle a lot of making arrangements for moves, and you can best believe that Uhaul will be taken off my resource list.
