My iphone is less than two weeks old and somehow Apple managed to fry it! That's right my iphone is dead and does not work because of something Apple did involving one of their updates. It does not shut off--it cannot be shut off nor can it access anything. It goes from message that says "connect to itunes" to the "apple symbol". After six hours ont he phone with Apple reps they do not have an answer! I was told to take out my sim card and place it in my old phone while they try to figure out what the problem is? Whats wrong with this picture???? Apple needs to step up to the plate and figure out what the problems are before they sell their products! where is the american consumer protection here? Sony television has pulled the same bull. I have a 14 month old television break down due to the optic drive failure. $1400.00 part for a $5,000.00 television--Sony not once considered sending out a recall---if you're lucky enough to figure it out they will pay for it, if not too bad! What are we suppose to do to protect ourselves????
