I had the worst experience with U-Haul. I'm advising whoever else that has had a complaint to write to the corporate office. The address is:
U-Haul International
P.O. Box 21510
Phoenix, AZ 85036

You can also call the customer service line and DEMAND, I mean you LITERALLY have to demand to speak with a manager or supervisor. She will tell you the same. She will say that you can either tell her the complaint and SHE will email it to the corporate office, or you can do like I did and make a specific bulleted list with copies of receipts and bank statements to the address listed above. I sent my complaint only 2 days ago we will see what happens. If anybody wants to contact me, feel free to do so at Sara275@yahoo.com.

And remember, folks, NEVER... EVER... rent from U-Haul. Penske is the way to go.
