I believe Medic West Ambulance, Tempe, Arizona, which operates in both that state and Nevada, customarily and systematically double-bills both their clients and their insurance companies. Bureaucrats who love to take the path of least resistance (place feet back on desk, lean back in chair), keep labeling this as a consumer complaint and refuse to initiate any kind of investigation. For the record, I am not seeking any personal relief; I simply believe they are defrauding the public and their insurance carriers for huge sums of money. They may have a lot of people "in their pocket." If you want details on their scam, e-mail me; just let me know there's some interest. Thanks.
