My daughter rented a U-Haul truck for a move. She picked up the truck and was given an address to return the truck, but, if the location was not convenient, she was given a number to call for a better location. She called them for a better location, 10 times over two weeks, I have the cellphone records. Finally someone from U-Haul called her back and apologized for not getting back to her sooner. She was given a location. The next morning she walked out of her apartment only to find the truck was gone. After a call to U-Haul, they told her the apartment complex complained about the truck, so they came out to get it. After talking to management at the apartment complex, they reported no calls from U-Haul. Two days later, she found out that U-Haul had drained her account of $2500 and the bank had honored another $2000 of U-Haul charges...what do we do?
