I was wondering if there was a class action lawsuit against Americas servicing co. (mortgages) There are certainly enough people out there with many issues with this company playing with peoples lives and mortgages. Good hard working people trying to do the right thing and pay thier mortgage only to be constantly told it's lost, late, short ect.... can never talk to anyone that can help or fix anything. Please let me know if there is a lawsuit pending against this company.
