Subject: Sony PlayStation2

I am very upset at Sony, I purchased two(2) PSP's for my children for Christmas, and I have had to send in(at my expense) both of them. The first one I sent in now has a cracked internal screen, and they are telling me that their warranty does not cover that, and that I will have to spend another $90.00 to get it repaired. I have already spent $200.00 on it originally, and another 32.00 to have them shipped the first time. I feel that Sony is taking advantage of its customers, and is ripping us off with thier already overpriced products.
