Hughes advertises their service as broadband, the reality is that most of the time it is only slightly better than a dial-up connection at 8 to 10 times the cost. I have contacted technical support on several occasions and they will no longer even look at the problem. They state unequivocally that the problem is too much network congestion and there is nothing they can do about it. They cannot provide the advertised service to their existing customers yet they continue to troll for more.
