People PC--Consumer Complaints

There are many complaints against internet service provider People PC posted on the web. Some of the complaints are about poor connections. However, most complaints involve customers sucked in with the free 30 day offer (or reduced 3 month offer) then having trouble cancelling the offer with People PC. The main complaint is the customer calls People PC, is told the service has been cancelled, and then their credit card gets billed again despite the supposed cancellation. See link for sample.
