Question: I have searched and searched and cannot find an answer to this question: do breast implants make PMS breast tenderness worse? My PMS breast tenderness is severe. So bad my arm brushing the side of my breast can cause pain. I'm having a lift in a month and cannot decide wether or not to get implants also. If implants make PMS tenderness worse at all, it may be a deciding factor.

I can not honestly tell you the answer to this question. I would certainly be surprised if the symptoms were improved by surgery.
