Ask a Plastic Surgeon / Breast Augmentation-Lift-Reduction
Question 52

Question: Is it possible to have abdominable fat removed from a person who has had a kidney transplant and then transferred to the breast area as augmentation?
From: VS, NJ 03/30/2008

Response: No, not for anyone. Fat, in large quantities does not live when transferred from one area to another. That is why breast augmentation requires the use of implants.
