Ask a Plastic Surgeon / Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery)
Question 4
Question:
The outer corners of my eyes are slanted slightly downwards, is there any possible way to correct this so that the corners are either level or slanted slightly upwards??
From: CMB, living in europe 11/18/2007
Response: Certainly it is possible to elevate the corners of your eye with a surgical procedure. However, I think it's important for you to know that it is very uncommon and it's not a simple procedure like a typical blepharoplasty or "eye job". In my opinion, I don't think you should consider this procedure unless you are really serious about your wish to change the slant of your eye.
