Question: Is it necessary to have liposuction when you have a tummy tuck? I watch the medical channel and see how it's done, I'm not a fan of liposuction.

Response: It all depends. It's fairly unusual to need a tuc and not benefit from liposuction. It can turn an ordinary result into an extraordinary one. I'm not sure why you are not a fan of liposuction because it's a wonderful procedure that produces amazing results! It may look brutal when you watch it on TV but it's not a painful experience when you have it done unless you are having a large volume liposuction.
