Question: i need to know if some one comes into country from hamberg, germany, on visitor visa, stays for 6 months then gets an extension of stay then returns to germany how long it would be before that person could reenter the us? Mr Reza Athari likes to get paid in full and after that you better say good bye to your money and your case. not only he will not work for what he promise, he will change your attorney over and over so you get tired of explaining your case to differente person and anytime you call his office you have to spell your name minimum 5 to 10 times so they know who's calling and they will give you a 4 days window for your return call witch if your luky he will call you back most of the time his in vacation so they will tell you that do to fact that his been out of town he has not place any calls so you have to wait and wait again for a simple phone call from him. witch then he will tell you that i will review your case and call you back , then again you have to wait and wait for a simple phone call, if you get lucky to get that, and if you got to the immigration office with one of his scam attorney all you will get from the attorney is to just sit there and not even say a word to the immigration officer. and if you try to complain about the facts to Mr Athari he will tell you not to call to his office and only contact him true email, witch you will not get any answer to your emails. this firm is scam and all they do is to charge your credit card and go to vacation. bunch of scam people work there. if you pay attentions hes employees are getting replace over and over so when you call you have to explain your case over and over till you get tierd of it, by the way about names. you maybe have to give your name 5 to 10 times on the phone so they can understand whos callin in. at the end your moneys is in his bank account and your case in the trash can.
