Question: I apply for green card but I dont send medical exam and g-325 form. After that the immigration send me notice that must send the medical and the g-325 form. I do that and I sended it but after 3 weeks I received same notice that I must send the medical and the g-325 form in septmber 1 2009. However, after one week septmber 4 2009 I received the green card and another week I received the welcome notice so what I can do?

Response: Dodo, the facts given above tell me that the 2nd letter from the USCIS was mailed before they had recorded in their system your delivery to them of the medical exam report and G-325. I'd disregard the 2nd letter and proceed under the assumption that your application for permanent residence status has been approved. If you wish confirmation that everything is OK directly from USCIS, call the 800 number printed on the letter in question (the number is located under the words "USCIS Customer Service Number"). The letter should contain the identification numbers the service representative from USCIS will need to answer your question (such as the "Alien Registration Number").
